Well, see, it says there are four letters in Roxas and five in Sora, whereas it's really the other way around. It's the same for destiny and chance, and identical and opposite. So it's kinda saying they're both the same. But then at the end it says there are zero letters in equivalent---so they're similar but not the same.
...um, yeah. xD
And to answer your other question, I guess it is vaguely pairing related, because I wrote it for a RoxasKairi fanfic I never finished. xD
